Refund policy

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email online@shopsqueeze.com to being the returns process.

Once a return has been approved you will receive a returns address and a online form to submit.

All garment (s) must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn. Garments that appear to have been worn will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. Refunds or credits will appear within your bank account 3-10 days prior to your order being return into our warehouse. 

Exchange of size or style will be determined on size and style availability. In this instance a request for size change we can reissue the correct size if it is in stock.

Any declined returns unapproved for exchange, refund or a Squeeze credit will be at the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection and or shipment of the garment.

Please note all international orders are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Embroidered items:

Embroidered items are all FINAL SALE and are not available for refund or returns unless there is an assed fault or damage to the item completed via the Squeeze team.

Promotional discount codes:

Welcome codes for customers first order will not be reimbursed in the case of a refund, return or exchange. 

Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost of returning garment (s) to Squeeze for a refund is at the digression of the customer, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer
