Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost of returning garment (s) to Squeeze for a refund is at the digression of the customer, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer

Duties & taxes:

Items shipped out of New Zealand are subject to Duties and Taxes, VAT is and additional handling fees are determined by the country's policies in which the order is being delivered to. Squeeze is not liable for these costs.

Duties and taxes are paid directly to a third party in accordance with the Squeeze domestic and international shipping suppliers. These duties are not available for refund by Squeeze.

Shipping information:

All orders are shipped out of Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are processed daily and we aim to ship orders out within 24-48 hours, not inclusive of Public Holidays or weekends due to postal services.
